HEART SONG - Winter Solstice

In these times of uncertainty, it feels more important than ever to nurture and strengthen the connection we have to our inner stillness, that place of calm beneath the storms of life. To support others and to express myself, I feel called to offer some peaceful meditative music for anyone that would like to join me. In these current global challenges, I know we need to continue to do the things that support and nurture each other, even if that means finding new ways to do them. Music and meditation will always be powerful ways of sharing and connection, and we can do this no matter where we are in the world, thanks to the internet. December 21st is the annual winter solstice, the darkest day of the year. Peace and stillness are readily available in these long dark nights. I will be sharing more about this with my original music.

This event will be maximum one hour, starting at 5:00 PST and will include the following pieces (in spontaneous order): - breath awareness, calming the nervous system - some of the songs I have composed, offered live for you - a few words that inspire me, - stillness, space, connection. Nothing fancy, just me and my piano and maybe some candles. If a more precise plan comes to mind, I will share, but I prefer to respond to the group energy we co-create and see what unfolds .
