A Space for Stillness and Remembering
Each private session is a guided journey into silence and presence, created uniquely for you. Together, we invite the mind to rest, the body to release, and awareness to open into its natural spaciousness. Various techniques may be used, depending on your needs. You don’t need experience or a specific practice. You only need curiosity and a willingness to listen inwardly, and follow the guidance provided.
What to Expect:
Duration: 60 minutes
Location: Online (Zoom link provided after booking). Using a mobile device is recommended.
Preparation:

Find a quiet, private space (indoors or out).

Use good headphones.

Have a journal or something to write with nearby (optional, but suggested).
Each session begins with a brief check-in, followed by a guided meditation and space for silence. You’re welcome to share reflections afterward, or simply rest in your stillness. Every session unfolds intuitively, depending on your energy and needs in the moment.


Session Options:
Single Session: $120 CAD
Length: 60 minutes
Ideal if you’re new or simply wish to experience a single guided meditation experience. Audio recording included.
3-Session Series: $300 CAD
Length: 60 minutes each
A supportive series for deeper integration and practice over time. Audio recordings included. Expiry: 60 days after purchase.

Cancellation Policy:
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full.
